1  To add a signature for a provider go to List > Users > open the users account under the code and use the link > go to settings and add the   signature.

2.  First lets get the signature.  Have your provider sign a blank white piece of paper straight across the page.  Scan it as a JPG file from your scanner on your computer then paste it in your Microsoft Paint program or if you have a Mac use Paintbrush.

3  In paint or paintbrush you will need to reshape it to a rectangle and crop it, Then save it to a file then Browse for it from QuickEMR to upload it.
