Create a new view:

  1. Visit Schedule => Views
  2. Select create from the top of the list.
  3. Set your new views name, type, and resources desired.
  4. Visit the schedule and select the desired view.

Set your default view. A default view is the view that loads when you visit the visit the schedule or refresh the schedule page.

  1. Visit Lists => Users and select the desired users
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Set the desired view for each facility using the "Default View For {facility_name}" dropdown and save.
