1. Upload the custom cover sheet as an attachment to the desired case or Company documents.
  2. Open the fax form on the case contact log.
  3. Select the “Skip Cover Sheet” checkbox at the top left of the form.
  4. Select “Attachments” and select the custom covers sheet. The cover sheet MUST be the first attachment. (attachments cannot yet be reordered but that feature is pending. This means if you select fax from the note page you will need to delete the note from attachments add the cover then re-add the note.)
  5. Attach additional notes and attachments as needed.
  6. Send fax.
